Pregnant woman online interview

Those who are resting at home or in the hospital due to poor physical condition can take online interviews using a dedicated app. Public health nurses will interview you so that you can prepare for childbirth and child-rearing with peace of mind. Please use it for consultations on things related to life before and after childbirth and how to deal with siblings.
Interviews are held between 9:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding year-end and New Year holidays), and the interview time is approximately 30 minutes.

We will ask about your current physical condition and pregnancy progress.

After the phone consultation, if it is decided to conduct an online interview, please print out the attached documents below, "Pregnant Woman Interview Questionnaire" and "Pregnancy Gift Application Form" (only for those who wish to do so) and send them by mail to the Comprehensive Parent and Child Support Center. (Customers are responsible for shipping costs. The "Pregnancy Gift Application Form" is locked. The password will be provided over the phone.) If you have difficulty printing, please contact us.

1. Once the documents have been received by the Oyako Comprehensive Support Center, we will contact you by phone number 070-1431-4330. We will set an interview date and time and give you a reservation number.
2. Please send an email to the system from "Click here for online interview" in the mother and child notebook application "Nashi no Ko Inagi (Mother and Child Mo)". You will need to enter the date and time of the interview and the reservation number that you were told at that time.
3. The system will send you an email with a URL for an online interview.
4. When the reservation date and time come, enter the room from the URL and start the interview.
5. After the interview, we will send a "childcare package" and "pregnancy gift" (only for applicants) by registered mail.

If you wish to have the mail sent to an address other than the one registered as a resident, such as when returning home, please submit a notification of change of mailing address .
Note: When submitting a notification of address change, be sure to attach your identity verification documents.
