Businesses that wish to register must submit the necessary documents to the Inagi City School Lunch Joint Kitchen Second Kitchen (4-4 Wakabadai, Inagi City) by the deadline.

From Monday, November 18, 2024 to Tuesday, December 17, 2024, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

The most recent year monitored by the relevant public health center

If your business requires a registration or license (valid at the time of application)

Corporation: Corporate tax (for the most recent business year) [If there is no corporate tax, then corporate business tax (for the most recent business year)]
Individual: Income tax (for the most recent year) (If no income tax, municipal tax (for the most recent year))
(9) Notification of use of seal
City prescribed form (Note) Only when using a seal other than a registered seal for bidding, estimates, contracts, payment requests, etc.

(2) When submitting, please clip the documents in the order of (1) to (12) on the upper left side . (If the documents are not complete, they may be returned, so please check before submitting.)
(3) If any changes occur to the information provided in your application, please contact us as soon as possible.
In addition, you may be asked to submit financial statements etc. for the most recent year (fiscal year) after registration.
(4) The registration decision is scheduled to be made on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. On the same day, estimates for the entire year, first semester, and April of 2025 will be sent by fax to the selected contractors.
