Procurement policy of Inagi City following the enforcement of the Act on Promotion of Preferential Procurement for Persons with Disabilities

Law for Promoting Preferential Procurement for Persons with Disabilities Enacted

On April 1, 2013, the Act on Promoting Procurement of Goods from Employment Facilities for Persons with Disabilities by the Government, etc. was enforced.
In order to promote the economic independence of persons with disabilities who work at employment facilities for persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities who work at home, this law stipulates that when procuring goods, etc., employment facilities for persons with disabilities, etc. It was enacted to promote preferential purchase from

 

Inagi City has formulated a procurement policy for goods, etc. from employment facilities for persons with disabilities.

Regarding procurement results for fiscal 2022 against Inagi City's procurement policy

Due to the enforcement of the Act on Promotion of Preferential Procurement for Persons with Disabilities

Every fiscal year, local governments will formulate a policy to promote the procurement of goods, etc. from employment facilities for persons with disabilities, etc., and compile and publish an overview of the procurement results.
Regarding this, we will announce the procurement results in FY2022 in Inagi City as follows. 

In addition, in order to support employment facilities for persons with disabilities in the city, Inagi City will also announce the sales results of business establishments that are conducting business at the city's facilities. We hope that many of you will use it.
