(Summary of opinions)
I think it's great to have employment support such as employment support centers. Housing is essential. I think the role of Respo Inagi is also very important.
As you have written, we need to confront and solve the problems of modern society, such as the weakening of social ties, and in other words, familial ties. I believe that crimes are less likely to occur if there is an environment where children do not commit crimes in the first place, that is, if they have close relationships with other people and society from an early age, and if there is always a relationship of mutual support. I think we need to continue to communicate through various projects the importance of creating a place for junior high and high school students to feel at home and creating a warm home in the first place.
I also believe that citizens should not neglect their efforts to be happy, and local governments should play a role in supporting those efforts, providing opportunities to think about their families, and preventing isolation. Furthermore, while it is important to provide support after a crime has occurred, I think it is even more important to focus on preventing it from happening in the first place.
I hope all children grow up being loved and contribute to their communities as adults.

(City's approach)
As you have said, we believe that it is very important to maintain connections with society and provide support to prevent isolation, not only to prevent recidivism but also to prevent crime. In cooperation with related organizations and private sector partners, we will promote efforts to support the creation of places to stay.
