(Summary of Opinion)
I think that it is very good to support employment such as employment support center. Housing is a must. I think the role of Respo Inagi is also very important.
As it is written, it is necessary to confront and solve the modern problem of social ties, so to speak, family ties are weakening. We believe that crimes are less likely to occur if there is an environment in which children do not commit crimes in the first place, that is, if they have a close relationship with people and society from an early age, and if there is a constant relationship of mutual assistance. I think it is necessary to continue to convey the importance of creating a place for junior and senior high school students and creating a warm home in the first place through various projects.
Citizens should not neglect their efforts to become happy, and local governments should play a role in supporting these efforts, giving them opportunities to think about their families, and preventing isolation. Furthermore, although it is important to provide support after a crime has occurred, I think it is even more important to focus on preventing it from happening in the first place.
May all children grow up being loved, grow up and contribute to the community.

(City's way of thinking)
In line with your opinion, we believe that it is very important to provide support to maintain ties with society and prevent isolation, not only to prevent recidivism but also to prevent crimes. We will promote efforts to support the creation of places to stay, etc., in cooperation with related organizations and private sector collaborators.
