What is Midori Club?

Midori Club is a group of people over the age of 60 who come together with the goals of ``I want to make friends!'' ``I want to try new things!'' ``I want to stay healthy throughout my life!''
There are 12 clubs in each region of the city (see table below).
Each club engages in light sports activities such as ground golf, snag golf, and rec dance, hobbies such as karaoke, folk songs, and handicrafts, and fraternity activities. If you would like to become a member, please feel free to apply.

Signed a "Memorandum of Understanding on Eradication of Special Fraud" with Tama Central Police Station

  • The Tama Central Police Station provides the Midori Club Federation with information on special scams, including the latest victimization techniques and ways to avoid becoming a victim, and upon request, conducts PR and awareness campaigns such as crime prevention lectures at meetings and business events. Masu.
  • If a member of the Midori Club Federation or a unit club obtains information regarding a special fraud, they will immediately report it to Tama Chuo Police Station.
  • The Midori Club Federation promotes educational activities for its members.

Midori Club Federation Ground Golf Tournament

The Midori Club Federation's ground golf tournament is held every year on weekdays around October 10th, using the entire Inagi City Central Park Sogo Grounds. 112 players selected from various clubs in the city will compete for individual and team results. After playing, each club gathers for a social gathering. How about enjoying a game of ground golf on the lawn under the clear autumn weather?

The Inagi City Green Club Federation holds an officer training trip every year to encourage interaction and information exchange among the officers of each club.
