[For medical institutions] Regarding claims for inoculation costs related to the new coronavirus vaccine after April 11, 2020

Regarding the cost of the new coronavirus vaccination during the temporary vaccination period (until the end of March 2020), the following amount will be paid per vaccination depending on the vaccination date and vaccination time.

(1) Vaccinations other than (2) and (3) below: 2,277 yen/dose (pre-examination only: 1,694 yen/dose)
(2) Vaccinations outside business hours: 3,080 yen/dose (pre-examination only: 2,497 yen/dose)
(3) Vaccinations on holidays: 4,620 yen/dose (pre-examination only: 4,037 yen/dose)
Note: If an infant under 6 years old is vaccinated, 726 yen will be added to the above amount.

After vaccination is carried out at each medical institution, the number of vaccinations in (1) to (3) above must be tallied by municipality, and the required documents must be submitted.
Please note that requests to the National Health Insurance Federation will no longer be accepted on April 10, 2020.

If the request to the National Health Insurance Federation is not made in time, the request destination will change as follows.
