FAQ

About application

Q.1 Where can I distribute paper application forms?
A.1 It is distributed in front of the Green and Environment Division on the 3rd floor of City Hall , the Central Library , the Central Cultural Center , the Hirao Branch , and the Wakabadai Branch .
Note: Please pay attention to the opening days and hours.

Q.2 Can it be used in conjunction with national or metropolitan subsidies?

However, depending on the national or metropolitan government's subsidies, the subsidy amount may be reduced if used in conjunction with other subsidies, including Inagi City.
Please check with the contact information for each subsidy for details.

Q.3The equipment for which I applied for the subsidy before broke down, so I bought a new one. Are you eligible for a subsidy?
A.3 Since the application is for the same product, it is not eligible for subsidies .

Q.4 Is it okay to use the “copy of itemized statement” as a “estimate”?
A.4 Please submit a breakdown of receipts rather than an estimate issued before construction begins.
Note: Even if the amount on the estimate and the amount on the receipt are the same, the actual equipment installed cannot be confirmed from the estimate, so please submit a breakdown of the receipt.

About equipment requirements

Q.1 I installed a solar power generation facility, but the output of the facility exceeded 10kW. Will I be eligible for subsidies?
A.1 Equipment output of 10kW or more is not eligible for subsidy .
Note: For the output of the equipment, please check the " equipment output " of the "power generation equipment information" listed on the "Purchase starting date" page of the "Purchase Report Notification Service".

Q.2 The sale of electricity from the solar power generation equipment has not started, and I am unable to obtain a copy of the ``Purchase starting date'' page of the ``Purchase Results Notification Service.'' Are there any documents that can be substituted?
A.2 Since the application for solar power generation equipment is made after the electricity sales start , there are no substitute documents.
Note: The equipment installation date for solar power generation equipment is based on the "purchase start date."

Q.3 What should I write on the warranty and shipping certificate that I submit when applying for insulation renovation of existing windows?
