[Ended] Information on the FY2024 Inagi City Carbon Neutral Housing Equipment Subsidy

The subsidy project for fiscal year 2024 has ended as the budget limit was reached at 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2024 for applications received.
Documents received by city hall by mail or other means after 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2024 will be returned in order.
It has not yet been decided whether the event will resume this year or next. If it does resume, we will notify you on this page and through our email distribution service.

Eligible devices, requirements and amounts

  Supported equipment auxiliary requirements Subsidy amount
1 solar power generation equipment Modules registered in the JP-AC solar panel type registration list of the JPEA Application Center and with a registration type of A, or certified by the Japan Electrical Safety and Environment Technology Laboratory (JET) or an overseas certification body that is a member of the IECEE-PV-FCS system of the International Electrotechnical Commission, or modules that the mayor recognizes as having equivalent performance. Installed on the roof of a house, etc., the generated electricity is used in the house. 20,000 yen per 1kW Upper limit 80,000 yen (4kW)
2 Household fuel cell system (Ene Farm) A home fuel cell system (nicknamed ENE-FARM) certified by the Fuel Cell Promotion Association, a general incorporated association, that is installed on a residential property and used in the home where the person resides. Fixed price 20,000 yen
3 storage battery system This equipment is registered as eligible for assistance under the Net Zero Energy House (ZEH) Support Program run by the Environmental Co-Creation Initiative. It must be installed on the premises of a residence and used in the residence. Fixed price 40,000 yen
4 wood pellet stove Heating equipment designed and designed to use wood pellets (cylindrical sawdust made from crushed wood) as fuel. Installed on the premises of a residence and used in the residence. 1/3 of equipment cost
Upper limit: 50,000 yen
5 Fuel cell vehicle (FCV) This equipment has been designated as a subsidy-eligible device under the Clean Energy Vehicle Introduction Project Subsidy provided by the Next Generation Automobile Promotion Center (General Incorporated Association). The base of use must be within the city. Limited to private cars. Fixed amount 100,000 yen
6 Vehicle to home system (V2H) The device is designated as a subsidy-eligible device under the Next Generation Automotive Promotion Center's Clean Energy Vehicle Introduction Project Subsidy, and must be installed in the same year as the device listed in 1 above and used in the residence where the person lives. 30,000 yen if installed in the same year as the above 1 equipment
7 Insulation renovation of existing windows and doors This window material is registered as eligible for subsidies in the Hokkaido Environment Foundation's insulation renovation support project for existing homes. In addition to window renovations, this door material is also registered as eligible for subsidies in the Ministry of the Environment's Advanced Window Renovation 2024 project. 1/6 of installation cost
Maximum 50,000 yen

Note: Eligible equipment must be new (leased or used equipment is not eligible).
Note: Limited to one application per person per eligible model.
Note: The equipment for which you are applying this time must not have previously received a subsidy from Inagi City for the "Carbon Neutral Promotion Housing Equipment Introduction Fee (formerly the Residential Energy Creation Equipment Introduction Promotion Project)."

Applicants

Households that have installed target devices between January 1, 2024 and February 28, 2025 and have no outstanding payments for municipal taxes, etc. (detached houses, apartment buildings)
Note: There are conditions attached, so not all households are eligible. Please refer to the "Application Guide" for details.

Subsidy budget amount

9,060,000 yen Note: As soon as the budget limit is reached, we will announce it on our website, etc. Please refer to the "Application Guide" and help us apply early.

How to apply

In person, by mail, or via LoGo Form (electronic application)
Note: Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications submitted via the LoGo form or in person at the counter are given priority, and applications submitted by mail will be processed last on the order of receipt. Thank you for your understanding.

Application acceptance period (ended)

From Monday, July 1, 2024 to Friday, March 14, 2025
Note: The office is open from 8:30am to noon and 1pm to 5pm on weekdays (submissions cannot be made at branch offices).
Note: If submitting by mail, submissions must arrive by Friday, March 14, 2025. Note: The LoGo form can be submitted 24 hours a day except during maintenance hours, but applications submitted after 5:00 p.m. will be accepted at 8:30 a.m. on the next business day.
