Designated collection bag system (charged)

From October 1, 2004, we started a designated collection bag system (charged). Under this system, citizens purchase collection bags designated by the city and use those bags to dispose of garbage. This is carried out in order to reduce the amount of garbage, equalize the burden, reduce processing costs, and improve citizens' awareness of garbage issues.
