Regarding revision of usage fees
From April 1, 2020, "(1) Sustainable administrative management," "(2) Appropriate burden on users and non-users," and "(3) Response to consumption tax hike." ”, we have revised various usage fees and fees.
We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all citizens.

About refunds for bulky garbage disposal tickets
If you have an old bulky waste disposal ticket, we will provide a refund, so please fill out the necessary information on the " Waste Disposal Fee Refund Application Form " below and submit it to the Living Environment Division as soon as possible along with your "old bulky waste disposal ticket."
Please note that when filling out the invoice, you will need to provide your bank account information and a signature (a formal seal will suffice).
