Thank you for your participation! 14th Misawa River Cleanup (March 3, 2020)

Update date: March 4, 2024

On March 3, 2020 (Sunday), we carried out "Misawa River Cleanup," one of the three major cleanups in the city, and cleaned the banks and sidewalks of the Misawa River from Shinkisaragi Bridge in the Sakahama area to Tenjin Bridge in the Yanoguchi area. We picked up trash.
Although the weather was a bit chilly that day, approximately 450 citizens participated and collected approximately 260 kg of combustible garbage and 120 kg of non-burnable garbage, and made the Misawa River, a place of relaxation for the citizens, full of cherry blossoms. I was able to clean it up before it bloomed.
We would like to thank all the individuals, organizations, and companies who participated for their cooperation.
