Message of support from the Tama Regional Municipality to the three J1 League soccer clubs in Tokyo

Update date: February 21, 2024

overview

This year's J League 2024 season will begin on February 23rd. In the J1 League, three clubs based in Tokyo, Tokyo Verdy, whose hometown is Inagi City, FC Tokyo, and FC Machida Zelvia, will meet for the first time.
Up until now, multiple local governments in the Tama region, including Inagi City, have continued to passionately support the three clubs mentioned above, and this event has energized not only each city, but the Tama region and the entire Tokyo metropolitan area. Hoping for a positive ripple effect in various aspects, the 11 cities that are home to each team jointly declare that they will strongly support the club while respecting each other.
