By promoting mutual exchange between the citizens of Inagi and the citizens of sister cities and friendship cities, we aim to contribute to the improvement of a rich and fulfilling citizen's life through multicultural coexistence and the revitalization of the region.

In order to achieve the above objectives, we will carry out the following activities:
- Collection and dissemination of information regarding exchanges
- Planning, implementation, and support for exchange-related events
- Cooperation and collaboration with citizen groups, government offices, and other related organizations
- Other projects necessary to achieve the purpose
