Available Time Slots

From 10 AM to 8 PM (including time for preparation and cleanup)

• Note: Please consult in advance for cases that exceed this time period.
• Note: The usage period for one time is limited to one week. The regular business hours of the Pair Terrace are from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Individuals or groups can use it, regardless of whether they are inside or outside the city.

You cannot use this service if you fall under any of the following categories.

• Events targeting the public that do not align with the purpose of creating vibrancy around Inagi-Naganuma Station
• Use for profit by individuals, stores, or companies (organizations) (content may be adjusted)
• Those deemed inappropriate by the mayor in terms of purpose or content
• In addition, if you cannot comply with the precautions stated in the "Pair Terrace Front Square Usage Guide"

Usage Procedure

First, please be sure to check the contents of the "Pair Terrace Front Square Usage Guide" and proceed with the application process according to the steps below.

1. Submission of "Application Form" and "Usage Agreement"
   Please fill out the necessary information on the "Application Form" and "Usage Agreement" and submit them via fax, email, mail, or in person between 6 months and 1 month before the desired usage date (for in-person submissions and phone inquiries, available weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM).

2. Notification of Availability
   After receiving the application form, we will review the content and notify you of the result of availability within two weeks from the reception date via the "Approval (Disapproval) Notification".
3. Meeting with the City (and Inagi Communication Base Pair Terrace)
   If the usage is approved, you will need to have a meeting with the city before the event. At that time, please submit the program, site map, notifications to relevant organizations, and the usage application form (copy).
   Additionally, please have sufficient prior discussions with the Pair Terrace staff. If you receive requests for modifications or changes, please respond promptly.
4. Event Implementation
   When using audio equipment and facilities, please consider the surrounding residents (such as prior notification through posting and volume adjustment).
5. Submission of Usage Report
   Please submit the "Usage Report" within two weeks after completion.

• Note 1: If the content of the submitted application form or materials differs from what is executed on the day, the event may be canceled or its content may be changed.
• Note 2: If the event is canceled, please promptly submit the "Cancellation Notice".
