Inagi Location Services (ILS) is providing filming support!

Inagi Film Commission

In order to facilitate smooth location shooting within Inagi City, Inagi City, the Inagi City Tourism Association, and Day-Night Co., Ltd. (a private specialist company) have joined forces to form a new organization called "Inagi Location Services (ILS)" to attract filming and provide paid support for filming.
Inagi Location Services provides one-stop services to support filming activities, including coordinating various aspects of location shooting at public facilities and attending filming.

About shooting support

Organization chart

If you plan to film on location at a public facility, you will need to accept filming support from Day-Night Co., Ltd., which is contracted by the Inagi City Tourism Association.
Our filming support includes applying to use the facilities, coordinating with the facilities to be used, and being present during filming, and we provide one-stop support from consultation to filming. We also utilize our extensive network to accommodate filming at private facilities as much as possible, so please contact us if you wish to do so.
Please note that in order to provide support with filming, you will be required to pay a filming fee in accordance with Day-Night Co., Ltd.'s regulations.

  • Application and adjustment for permission to use public facilities
  • Consultation and introduction regarding photography of private facilities
  • Consultation and introduction regarding filming locations outside the city
  • Presence during filming
  • Arrangements and introduction of food and drink (location meals, etc.)
  • Arrangements and introductions for accommodation
  • Consultation regarding extras

Main flow up to shooting

(1) Photography consultation

Please contact Inagi Location Service with the details of the shoot (desired date and time, location, details, etc.) at least one month before the desired shoot date.
Note: If you wish to shoot at a public facility, please check in advance if the facility's availability can be confirmed through the Inagi City Public Facility Reservation System .

(2) Submission of photography support application, proposal, etc.

If there are no problems with the shooting content, please submit an application for shooting support, a confirmation letter regarding the introduction of shooting results, a proposal, etc. to Inagi Location Service.

(3) Confirm and adjust shooting details

Inagi Location Service will confirm the contents of the photo shoot support application, proposal, etc., and coordinate with the facility manager.

(4) Applying to use the facility and paying the facility usage fee (in the case of public facilities)

Inagi Location Services will submit facility use applications (application for permission to use government property, application for permission to engage in activities within Inagi City Park, etc.) to the facility manager at least three weeks prior to the shooting date.

(5) Decision on acceptance of photography

Inagi Location Services and the facility manager will consult with each other and promptly notify the filming company whether or not filming will be permitted.

(6) On the day of shooting

After the shoot is completed, you will need to pay the shooting fee, facility usage fee, etc. to Inagi Location Services.
