Why not try using the plaza in front of the Inagi Base Pair Terrace?

We are renting out the square in front of the Inagi Transmission Base Pair Terrace. Would you like to use it for events etc?

One location in the plaza in front of the Pair Terrace as shown on the "Pair Terrace Plaza Guide Map " Note: When using the facility, please ensure there is a clear passage for customers to the adjacent "Kurasu Class Plaza."
Note: For inquiries about the adjacent "Kurasu Class Square," please see the Kurasu Class website (external link) .

Available hours

10:00am to 8:00pm (including preparation and cleanup time)
Note: Please contact us in advance for any projects that exceed these hours.
Note: The period of use is limited to one week at a time. Pair Terrace's regular business hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Available to individuals and groups, both within and outside the city.

Notes

It cannot be used if any of the following items apply.

  • The use of the facility does not meet the purpose of hosting public events and creating a lively atmosphere around Inagi-Naganuma Station.
  • Use for commercial purposes by individuals, stores, or companies (organizations) (content may be adjusted)
  • Items that the mayor deems inappropriate for purpose of use or content, etc.
  • In addition, if you are unable to comply with the precautions stated in the "Pair Terrace Front Square Usage Guide"

Usage procedure

First, please be sure to read the contents of the "Pair Terrace Front Square Usage Guide" and proceed with the usage application procedure according to the steps below.
 
1) Submit the "Application Form" and "Pledge of Use"
Between six months and one month prior to your desired date of use, please fill out the "Application Form" and "Agreement" and submit them by fax, email, mail or in person (in-person and phone inquiries: weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.).

2) Notification of availability
After receiving the usage application, we will examine the contents and notify you of the approval or disapproval of usage via a "Usage (or Disapproval) Form" within two weeks from the date of receipt.
 
3) Meeting with the city (and Inagi Transmission Base Pair Terrace)
If your use is approved, you will be asked to meet with the city before the event. At that time, you will be asked to submit the program, a map, notifications to the relevant agencies, and a copy of the application form.
Please also have sufficient discussions with Pair Terrace staff in advance. If you receive any requests for corrections or changes, please respond promptly.
 
4) Event implementation
When using audio equipment or facilities, please be considerate of local residents (by posting notices in advance, adjusting the volume, etc.).
 
5) Submission of usage report
Please submit a "Usage Report" within two weeks after the end of the program.
 
Note 1: If anything that happens on the day that differs from what was submitted in the application form or materials, we may ask you to cancel the event or change the content.
Note 2: If you cancel the event, please submit a "Cancellation of Use Notice" immediately.
