Would you like to use the open space in front of the pair terrace of the Inagi transmission base?

We are renting out the plaza in front of the Inagi transmission base pair terrace. Would you like to use it for events?

One of the plazas in front of Pair Terrace listed in the "Guidance Map of Pair Terrace Square."

Note: Please refer to the Kurasu Class website (external link) for inquiries regarding the adjacent Kurasu Class Plaza.

10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (including time required for preparation and cleanup)
Note: Please contact us in advance for projects that exceed this time period.
The usage period is limited to one week.
The normal business hours of Pair Terrace are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

1. It can be used both in the city and outside the city.
2. Individual or group

free

It cannot be used in the following cases.

• Items that do not meet the purpose of use, such as holding an event for the public and creating a lively atmosphere around Inagi-Naganuma Station
• Use for commercial purposes by individuals, stores, or companies (organizations) (contents may be adjusted)
• The mayor recognizes that the purpose of use or content is inappropriate
• In addition, if you can not comply with the precautions described in the "Pair Terrace Front Plaza Usage Guidebook"

First, please be sure to read the contents of the "Pair Terrace Front Square Usage Guide" and proceed with the usage application procedure according to the steps below.
　
1) Submission of “Usage Application Form” and “Usage Pledge”
Between 6 months and 1 month before your desired date of use, please fill out the "Usage Application Form" and "Usage Pledge" and submit them by fax, email, mail, or in person. Inquiries in person or by phone = weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.)

2) Notification of availability
After receiving the application form for use, we will review the contents and notify you of the result of whether or not you can use the service within two weeks from the date of receipt by sending us a "use (dis)approval form".
　
3) Meeting with the city (and Inagi transmission base Pair Terrace)
If the use is approved, a meeting will be held with the city before the event. In that case, please submit the program, map, notification to related organizations, and usage application form (copy).
Also, please have sufficient discussions with Pair Terrace staff in advance. If you receive a request for correction or change as a result, please respond promptly.
　
4) Event implementation
Note: When using audio equipment/equipment, etc., please be considerate of surrounding residents (advance notification by posting, volume adjustment, etc.).
　
5) Submission of usage report
After the end, please submit the "Usage Report" within two weeks.
　
Note 1: If something is done on the day that differs from the content of the submitted application form or materials, the event may be canceled or the content may be changed.
Note 2: If you wish to cancel the event, please promptly submit a "Notice of Cancellation of Use".
