Regarding licensing of Inagi City official characters (Inagi Nashinosuke, Onekan Warrior Inagi Pedalion)

Inagi City official characters (Inagi City image character "Inagi Nashinosuke" and Inagi City original character "Onekan Warrior Inagi Pedalion") can be used by both individuals and groups.
In order to use the Inagi City official character, it is necessary to apply and obtain permission in advance.
Note: A character usage fee may be charged when using the Inagi City official character (paid use).

1. Submission of an application for permission to use the official character of Inagi City
2. Notes on review: It may take time to review, so please apply at least one week before the scheduled start date of use .
3. Notification of screening results Note: When using for a fee, it is necessary to conclude a contract with Inagi City after approval.
4. Start of use (sales)
5. (For paid use only) Payment of character usage fee

Note: Please attach a sample of the item to be used (design plan, blueprint, photo, etc.) and submit it. (The examination will start after all the required documents have been prepared.)

Inagi City official characters cannot be used in the following cases.

1. When it is recognized that there is a risk of misidentification or confusion with other copyrighted works.
2. When it is recognized that there is a risk of damaging the image of the Inagi City Official Character.
3. When attempting to use the Inagi City official character as a three-dimensional object, and the expression is not recognized as a three-dimensional object of the Inagi City official character.
4. When the Inagi City official character gives or may give the misunderstanding that it is supporting or certifying a specific individual, political party or religious group.
5. When it violates or is likely to violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
6. Inagi City Gang Exclusion Ordinance (2013 Inagi City Ordinance No. 3) Article 2 No. 1 to No. 3 when using.
7. In addition, when it is deemed inappropriate to use the Inagi City official character.

When applying, please select the design of the character you wish to use, the type of logotype, the type of data, etc. from the list of designs below.

The design of the Inagi City official character will be handed over as data.
The types of data available vary depending on the design, so please check the "data types" in each list.

When used for products, etc., a character usage fee will be incurred in principle. Please contact us for more information.

Sales retail price (tax included) x number of production x 5% in principle (2% for first commercialization, maximum 3% for businesses in the city)
