Please see the meeting minutes for detailed deliberations. Meeting minutes can be viewed from mid-November onwards at the Administrative Information Corner on the 1st floor of City Hall, City Library (Main Building) 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Libraries, and Koyodai Branch.
