I want to know about abandoned bicycles.

Update date: January 18, 2018

An abandoned bicycle is a bicycle that is parked in a public place such as a road or near a station, and the user is away from the bicycle and is unable to move it immediately.
Problems caused by abandoned bicycles include obstruction of pedestrian and automobile traffic, deterioration of the aesthetic appearance of the city, and crime prevention problems.
The city is striving to prevent such things by establishing areas where vehicles are prohibited from being left unattended and deploying instructors.

Please also see the "Countermeasures against abandoned bicycles" page .
