What should I do to check on my family's safety in the event of a disaster?

Assuming that disaster strikes, let's decide the meeting place etc. at the family meeting in advance.
You can also check your safety by the following methods.

  • Disaster message dial
  • Disaster message board
  • Disaster voice message service
  • Email
  • SNS (Twitter, Facebook, LINE, etc.)

Disaster Message Dial/Disaster Message Board/Disaster Voice Message Service Trial Service

  • 1st and 15th of every month from midnight to midnight
  • New Year's first three days (from 0:00 a.m. on January 1 to 0:00 a.m. on January 4)
  • Disaster Preparedness Week (August 30, 9:00 a.m. to September 5, 5:00 p.m.)
  • Disaster Prevention and Volunteer Week (January 15, 9:00 am to January 21, 5:00 pm)
