We issue certificates regarding urban planning details such as zoning.
Please submit the required number of copies + 1 copy of the "documents to be submitted." (Example: If you want one copy of the certificate, please submit two copies.)
The fee is the number of copies issued x 300 yen.
It will take about a week. (As soon as it is completed, we will contact you using the "contact information" on the application form)
- Please draw the "standard roads, etc." and "use boundaries" in CAD.
・Please write the name of the person confirming the actual survey drawings (architect, surveyor, etc.).
・Please enter the scale (1/100 to 1/500).
Please come to the Town Planning Division counter from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on business days.
We will give you a payment slip, so please pay at the Mizuho Bank counter on the 1st floor of City Hall.
After checking the receipt, we will give you a certificate.
If you are unable to visit our office, you can apply and receive your application by mail.
Please take note of the following points when sending the application by mail.
Please make sure you have all the necessary documents to submit.
Please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your name and address written on it.
Please enclose a postal money order for the certification fee.
