Proof about city planning

About contents of city planning such as restricted zones, we issue certificate.

Please submit the required number of copies + 1 copy of "Documents to be submitted" . (Example: If you want one copy of the certificate, please submit two copies.)
The fee is 300 yen x the number of copies issued.
It takes about a week. (As soon as it is completed, we will contact you with the "contact information" on the application form)

・Please use CAD to draw a “reference road, etc.” and “usage”.
・Please write the name of the person (architect, surveyor, etc.) who confirmed the survey map.
・Please indicate the scale (1/100 to 1/500).

Please come to the Town Development Planning Division window from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on open agency days.
We will give you a payment slip, so please pay at the Mizuho Bank counter on the first floor of the city hall.
After confirming the receipt, we will give you a certificate.

If you have difficulty coming to the office, you can apply by mail and receive by mail.
Please pay attention to the following points before mailing your application.
・Please make sure that you have the required number of copies of the documents to be submitted.
・Please enclose a self-addressed envelope (postage stamped) with your name and address.
・Please enclose a postal money order for the proof fee.
