[1] Where is the land readjustment project implemented in Inagi City?

 Inagi City is carrying out land readjustment projects in four areas: Yanoguchi Station, Inagi Naganuma Station, and Minamitama Station areas on the JR Nambu Line, as well as the Enokido area. The jurisdiction is the Land Readjustment Division.
In addition, land readjustment projects implemented by the association are being carried out in the Minamiyama Eastern District, Inagi Kamihirao District, and Inagi Odara District. This area is under the jurisdiction of the Urban Development Division.

[2] What kind of application is required to build a building in the land readjustment project area?

 When building within a land readjustment project area, an application pursuant to Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act and an application related to district planning are required before applying for a building permit.
In addition, depending on the size of the building, you may need to apply for guided volume and development guidance. Each jurisdiction is different.
