(2) Subsidies for apartment improvement work

Condominium improvement construction grants are grants to management associations that carry out planned improvements and repairs, such as painting the exterior walls of common areas of buildings, waterproofing rooftops, and making them barrier-free, with the aim of promoting proper maintenance and management of condominiums. ) This is a subsidy (interest subsidy) implemented in collaboration with the Japan Housing Finance Agency.
