Note: When changing the owner's address in the register (rights section), if the owner's address listed is different from the old address listed in the address change notification, the change in address can be proven. You will need something else (such as a copy of your residence card). For procedures, please contact the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau Fuchu Branch (telephone: 042-335-4753).
In order to make the address and location of the town easier to understand, display boards were installed and distributed along with the new Hirao 4-chome.
Installing display boards will help prevent delays in the arrival of emergency vehicles and prevent misdirected deliveries.
With the cooperation of utility poles and ordinary households, we installed block signboards. By installing block signboards, it becomes easier to understand addresses in the area.
In addition, information on the nearest evacuation shelter is posted at the bottom of the block sign. QR codes can be used to access Yahoo! Evacuation Site Information.
Residential number display boards are distributed and asked to be installed at individual homes, businesses, stores, etc.
Note: Request to residents, businesses, stores, etc.
Please remove the vinyl from the distributed housing number display board and place it in an easily visible location from the outside.
The "Procedure Guide" describes the contents of the materials you sent and the procedures required to change your address.
Please check the applicable information and use it for address change procedures, etc.
Note: For those who have moved to reserved land within the Inagi-Kamihirao land readjustment area, a town name change notice will not be enclosed. (Because the old lot number does not exist.)
On Sunday, January 20th and Monday, January 21st, 2019, we held information sessions for residents and land/building owners in the affected areas.
