Regarding the handling of contract guarantees

We would like to inform you that we have revised the handling of contract guarantees in consignment contracts related to construction ordered by Inagi City and construction as follows.
This revision will apply to projects for which contracts are concluded on or after April 1, 2018.

Contracts that require a contract guarantee are as follows:
[Before change] Construction and outsourcing related to construction with a contract amount of 10 million yen or more [After change] All projects related to construction and outsourcing related to construction

Contract guarantees can be exempted if the exemption requirements are met for construction or construction contracts for less than 10 million yen.
If you wish to be exempted, please submit an exemption application form.
