Five-day work week, annual paid leave (10 days per year), year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, congratulatory or condolence leave, etc.
Since appointments are made on a fiscal year basis, the first year will be from the date of commencement of work to the end of the fiscal year (March 31).
Regarding employees who have been appointed as substitutes for employees who are on leave such as childcare leave, even based on the results of the above personnel evaluation, the appointment will be until the employee returns to work (the appointment period will be notified at the beginning of the fiscal year).
In addition, all positions have a one-month conditional recruitment period (work conditions are the same as when officially hired).
End-of-term allowances are paid in June and December depending on the work situation and work performance.
A separate commuting allowance will be paid if the conditions for enrolling in welfare pension, social insurance, industrial accident, and employment insurance are met.
After the document screening, the hiring decision will be made through an interview. Only those who pass the document screening will be contacted.
