Transfer notification

It becomes effective upon notification.

• The municipal office of the present domicile of the notifier
• Municipal office of the new registered domicile of the notifier
• Municipal office where the notifier is located

The head of the family register and the spouse (if one is deceased, the surviving spouse)
Note : If both the head of the family and the spouse are deceased, the notification of transfer of family register cannot be submitted.

Possible date and time for procedures

8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on business days Note: 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on public holidays. Applications will be accepted at the city hall night duty room during times other than the above. Masu.
If the office is open on holidays or at the city hall night duty room, only "deposit" will be accepted.
Note: The branch office does not accept notifications regarding family registers.
