Within 7 days from the date of stillbirth
Note : You do not need to report a stillbirth in less than 4 months of pregnancy.

• Municipal office where the notifier is located

• cohabitant
• doctor
• midwife
• Other witnesses

• Stillbirth notification (requires certification from a doctor or midwife)

From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on open days Remarks: On holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. increase.
Only "custody" is accepted on holiday open days and at the city hall night duty room.
Note: Sub-branch offices do not accept family register notifications.
