If you move from Inagi City to another municipality or overseas, you must submit a notification to change your resident registration.

If you have a My Number Card, you can apply for a change of residence notification online through Mynaportal.
About 14 days or more before the scheduled moving date
Note If you have already moved, please notify us immediately.
Note: Changes to the resident registration of households that include foreign residents cannot be processed at branch offices. Please come to the Citizens Section on the 1st floor of City Hall.
Note: The power of attorney must be signed by the person who entrusted it.

Other necessary items and procedures, such as receipt certificates and seals issued by Inagi City, differ depending on the individual.

Note: Only City Hall is open on holidays.
You can also request a moving-out certificate issued to those who have submitted a moving-out notification by mail.
If you have a My Number Card (Individual Number Card) or a Basic Resident Registration Card, a special provision for notification of moving in will be applied, and in principle, a paper moving out certificate will not be issued.
