　From January 5, 2009, the format of the seal registration certificate has changed. If you have not yet exchanged your new seal registration card, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please come and complete the procedure as soon as possible.

Please bring your seal registration card.
Note : A registered seal is not required, but in order to confirm the identity of the registrant, please fill in your name, address, and date of birth on the "Exchange Application Form."

If a representative comes to collect the ticket
