How to register as a user

To apply for use of a facility using the public facility reservation system, you must first register as a user.
There are two types of user registration: individual registration and group registration; the eligibility varies depending on the facility being used.

"Individual" means an individual who is a registered user.
"Organization" means an organization that has registered as a user. Also, available functions vary depending on the facility.
You can check available facilities using "Availability Check."
"Lottery" allows you to apply for the lottery.
"Reservations" allows you to reserve vacant facilities.

Lottery and reservation method

Flow of lottery

(1) Only registered users and registered organizations can apply for the lottery during the lottery application period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, dedicated user terminal, etc.
(2) After the lottery application deadline, the lottery will be conducted by the system.
(3) The lottery results can be checked on the system. In addition, if you have registered your email address, the lottery results will be sent to the lottery applicant (or the contact person for registered organizations) by email.
(4) For facilities that require a fee, please pay the fee at the counter by the due date (failure to pay will result in your selection being cancelled).
(5) Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the usage fee, or, for free facilities, by lottery.

Reservation procedure after the lottery period ends

(1) Only registered individuals and registered organizations can make reservations during the reservation period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, dedicated user terminal, etc.
(2) For facilities that require a fee, please pay the fee at the counter by the due date (your reservation will be canceled if the fee is not paid).
(3) Reservations for paid facilities are confirmed upon payment of the usage fee, and reservations for free facilities are confirmed upon application for reservation.

About payment

A fee is required for use of facilities that require admission. Fees are accepted at the Inagi Central Park General Gymnasium from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (except on closed days).
Note: Please pay the usage fee for Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field at the facility's counter.
Please pay the tennis court fee within 7 days from the day after the reservation, and the fees for other uses within 10 days from the day after the reservation. (However, if the last day of the payment deadline is a closed day, the payment must be made by the day before the closed day.) Please note that if you do not pay within the deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
To pay the fee, the group registration card or individual registration card of the person who made the reservation is required. For group registration, the payer must be a member of the group who is a high school student or older (generally 16 years old or older), and for individual registration, the person in question can pay. A representative authorized by the person who made the reservation can also pay by presenting a letter of attorney and identification.

Note: For paid facilities other than tennis courts, if the last day for payment is the day before the intended date of use, payment must be made by 5:00 p.m.
