Last updated: July 24, 2019

On Sunday, July 21, 2019, the test event "READY STEADY TOKYO - Cycling (Road)" was held for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Cycling (Road).
A total of 96 athletes from all over the world participated in this race, and the race was exciting.
As a result, the Italian players took the first and second place, making it a tournament where the Italians demonstrated their power.

In addition, this time the course was held without some sections of the actual course, but the number of finishers was 49, about half of them, and it was impressive that it was a very tough course.
In 2020, the total distance will be about 244km, which is about 55km longer, and it is said to be the toughest course in the history of the Olympics.
It will be interesting to see how the world's top riders, who were unable to participate in the test event due to the Tour de France schedule, will tackle this difficult course in 2020.
