A message appears on the consumer's mobile phone saying, ``There is an unpaid fee for a paid video. If we do not hear from you today, we will move on to legal proceedings. There have been consultations all over the country about businesses that are persistently trying to make you pay money in the name of unpaid fees for paid videos. Note: A similar notice was issued by the Consumer Affairs Agency in November 2017, but another notice has been issued since then as consumer harms related to businesses masquerading as Amazon continue to occur and expand.
