Beware of "postcards" that fraudulently use the name of the Ministry of Justice!

Postcards describing fictitious civil litigation cases were sent to consumers' homes under names such as "Ministry of Justice Branch Office Civil Litigation Management Center" and "Ministry of Justice Branch Office National Litigation Notification Center," and in the end they persistently demanded money. ・There is no actual business operator called "Ministry of Justice Jurisdiction Branch Office", and there is no relationship with the "Ministry of Justice", which is a national administrative agency.
・Notices of formal court proceedings will not be sent by postcard.
・If you receive a postcard about a lawsuit you do not know, please do not call the phone number listed on the postcard. First of all, please consult with the Consumer Affairs Center (042-378-3738), the nationwide common telephone number "Consumer Hotline" 188 (Iya), or the police (#9110).
