The Consumer Affairs Agency conducted an investigation and found that there were acts that could unfairly harm the interests of consumers (false, exaggerated advertisements, displays, and misrepresentations) in transactions with "CCS Co., Ltd." Therefore, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Law No. 50 of 2009), today we will provide information that contributes to the prevention of the occurrence or spread of consumer damage to each prefecture and call on consumers to be careful.
