November 25th to December 1st is Crime Victims Week

In the ``Basic Plan for Crime Victims,'' which was approved by the Cabinet in December 2005, each year, the ``Crime Victims Basic Act'' is enacted for one week (from November 25th to December (until the 1st) was designated as ``Crime Victims Week.''
