You can check the registration status of the account information to log in by tapping the "Registration/change of public money receipt account" icon in "Featured Information" on the Mynaportal top page.

• If you do not have a terminal, you can also use a terminal at the city hall (citizen's section/insurance and pension section) or a branch office.
