Boundary determination is to clarify the public-private boundary between city-owned land under the jurisdiction of Inagi City, such as roads and waterways managed by Inagi City, and land adjacent to it.
If you want to apply for boundary determination, you can apply if you are registered in the land registry as the owner of the land. However, if any of the following items apply, the person specified in each item will be the applicant.
(1) If the land to be applied for is common land, all co-owners.
(2) If the landowner is a corporation and the corporation is dissolved or bankrupt, the liquidator or trustee, etc., and in the case of a special corporation, the law, the articles of incorporation, and the provisions of the act of donation. will do.
(3) If the landowner is deceased, all heirs. However, if an heir is specified in the inheritance division agreement, etc., the heir shall be that heir.
(4) If the landowner needs a legal representative (a person with parental authority, an adult guardian, a curator, an assistant, etc.), attach a document that can confirm that he or she is a legal representative In addition, a legal representative must sign and affix his/her seal.
(5) If the land to be applied for is a trust property that has been registered as trust property, both the consignor and the trustee shall apply jointly. However, if a beneficiary is designated, the application shall be made jointly by the trustee and the beneficiary, and if there are special provisions in the trust ledger, the application shall be made in accordance with the details thereof.
(6) If the land to be applied for is under seizure, please apply with a letter of consent from the creditor.
The applicant can appoint a practitioner who will act on behalf of the clerical work related to the determination of the boundary.
Practitioners do not simply act as a proxy for application procedures to Inagi City, but also carry out practical work such as field surveys, surveys, and creation of land boundary maps on behalf of applicants. (e.g. land and house investigator, surveyor, assistant surveyor, etc.)
Note: A confirmation letter and boundary map shall be submitted after conducting a “site visit” within 3 months after the application is received.
