Instructions for using the public facility reservation system

How to register as a user

User registration is required in advance to apply for facility use using this system.
User registration includes individual registration and group registration.

Note: The required documents are the same for the user registration renewal procedure.
Note: Please note that your ID will be deleted if you do not log in for 3 years after registration.
(If it is deleted, you will need to register it again.)

For reservation

1. Reservation application process

  1. Only registered users can make reservations during the reservation period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, dedicated user terminal, etc.
  2. Please pay the usage fee at the counter by the deadline.
  3. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the usage fee.

[Example of reservation application]
If you would like to reserve a conference room for July 10th (reservation application procedure on April 10th)

  1. On April 10th, check the availability of the facility using the system and apply for a reservation.
  2. Please pay the usage fee to the counter by April 20th.
