With activity of public hall

  1. We carry out lectures and cultural projects necessary for citizens' lives.
  2. We assist so that citizen's voluntary activity is performed lively.
  3. We will create opportunities for users to interact with each other and present their activities.
  4. Provide facilities for various civic gatherings and other public activities.

Use of public hall

Anyone can use the community center free of charge for voluntary social and educational activities. It can be used as a place for regular activities, but it can also be used for one-off meetings and gatherings.

User Registration

To use the facility, you must first register as a user with Community Center Registered Organization A or Community Center Registered Organization B.

[Registration requirements]

  1. A group consisting of 5 or more members
  2. The majority of members must live, work, or study in Inagi City.
  3. The representative or responsible person is an adult
  4. The representative or responsible person is not also a lecturer or instructor
  5. Operated by consensus of members
  6. Mainly working (doing) in Inagi City

Community Center Registered Group A must meet the following registration requirements in addition to the above.

  1. The purpose is to engage in activities related to social education or to contribute to the local community.
  2. Free entry and exit
  3. The representative must live, work, or study in Inagi City
  4. Making the public hall the base of activities
  5. having (doing) a planned and regular activity

Note: It cannot be used for commercial purposes, political parties, or religious activities as stipulated in Article 23 of the Social Education Act.

Please submit the following documents to the office of the community center where you will be working.
In addition, when applying, please present the "identification card of the organization representative (for Community Center Registered Organization B, the applicant's identification card is acceptable)" at the counter.

Application method/reception hours

How to apply for a room

Please apply using the Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System .
In addition, please come to public hall window to use for application with application.

Public hall registered group A

Reservations can be made up to three months in advance (for example, for April, reservations will be made for July). The schedule is as follows:

Public hall registered group B

You can apply up to two months in advance (e.g. for April, you can apply for June).

Paid use

Companies and businesses in the city, and civic groups that have not registered to use the community center may be able to use the facility for a fee. An application form must be submitted, so please consult with the counter at the community center you wish to use and apply.

About reception

If use is approved, please pay the usage fee within 10 days (but no later than the day before the date of use).

Aid to Voluntary Groups

We perform various assistance in public hall to activate activity of voluntary group.

Locker use assistance

Voluntary groups registered with the community center can use lockers to store items and teaching materials necessary for daily activities at the community center. The period of use is one year and an application is required every year. Also, if there are many applications, a lottery will be held.

Childcare worker dispatch

There is a public hall nursery room to support learning activities for parents with infants. Based on application of group needing childcare in voluntary group registering with public hall, we dispatch childcare person. Please inquire for details.

printing aid

By registering as a group at the community center, the voluntary group can use a printing machine to print the group's activity materials. However, it is necessary to attend a printing press training course. Also, please bring your own paper and pay the master fee and ink fee on the day.

Lectures organized by community centers and proposed by citizens

This is a course sponsored by the community center, in which citizens and community center staff work together to propose a course plan that citizens have thought about. At the beginning of the academic year, we will be soliciting project proposals in the Lifelong Learning Newsletter "Hiroba."
