Online interview for pregnant women

If you are resting at home or hospitalized due to poor physical condition, you can take an online interview using a dedicated app. A public health nurse will interview you so that you can prepare for childbirth and childcare with peace of mind. Please use it for consultations regarding pre- and post-natal life and how to deal with siblings.
Interviews will be held from Monday to Friday (excluding year-end and New Year holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., and the interview will last approximately 30 minutes.

We will ask about your current physical condition and the progress of your pregnancy.

After the phone consultation, if it is decided to conduct an online interview, please print out the attached documents below, "Pregnant Woman Interview Questionnaire" and "Pregnancy Gift Application Form" (only for those who wish to do so) and send them by mail to the Comprehensive Parent and Child Support Center. (Customers are responsible for shipping costs. The "Pregnancy Gift Application Form" is locked. The password will be provided over the phone.) If you have difficulty printing, please contact us.

1. Once we receive your documents at the Oyako Comprehensive Support Center, we will contact you via phone number 070-1431-4330. We will determine the date and time for your interview and provide you with a reservation number.
2. Please send an email to the system from "Click here for online interview" in the maternal and child health handbook app "Nashi no Ko Inagi (Moshimo)". You will need to enter the interview date and reservation number that we told you at that time.
3. The system will send you an email with a URL for the online interview.
4. When the scheduled time arrives, enter the room via the URL and begin the interview.
5. After the interview, we will send you a "childcare package" and "pregnancy gift" (only for those who wish to apply) by registered mail.

It's locked. Once your online interview has been decided, we will give you the password over the phone.

If you wish to have the package sent to an address other than the place of residence registration due to returning home, etc., please submit a notification of change of destination .
Note: When submitting a change of shipping address, please be sure to attach identification documents.
