Please feel free to talk to a counselor about anxieties and worries about child-rearing without holding them alone.
Also, please contact us if you do not know where to consult.
We will listen to your story and guide you to a consultation desk.

Consultation method

(1) Telephone consultation

Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (excluding public holidays and New Year's holidays)
(2) Consultation at the consultation room (reservation required)
The phone number is the same as (1) above.
As the building does not belong to the city hall, if you come by car please use the city hall parking lot or a nearby paid parking lot.

Terms of Use for Email Consultation

The Child and Family Support Center accepts enquiries via email (cell phone emails are not accepted).
As a rule, we will reply to your inquiry by email within about one week. (If the Child and Family Support Center is closed for an extended period of time, such as during the New Year holidays, it may take longer.)
Please note that depending on the content of your inquiry, a response may be provided by a department other than the Child and Family Support Center.

LINE consultation and telephone consultation by Tokyo Metropolitan Government (under 18 years old also possible)

In Tokyo, we provide consultation on child-rearing and other issues via LINE and telephone.
We accept consultations not only from parents living in Tokyo, but also from people under the age of 18.
