Procedures for transferring schools due to moving in from outside the city

Transferring to Inagi City Elementary/Junior High School

1 Please call the School Affairs Division and the school you plan to attend in advance.
2. Receive a "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Certificate of Salary for Textbooks" at the school you were enrolled in before moving in.
3. When you apply for moving in, please receive a “Notice of Moving In” at the Citizens Affairs Division.
4. Take the transfer admission notice you received at the Citizens' Affairs Division to the Academic Affairs Division (City Hall 6F) and complete the procedures for transfer admission. At that time, specify the school to attend.
5. Please submit the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Certificate of Salary for Textbooks" to the designated school.

Note: If you completed moving-in procedures at the Hirao Branch Office or Wakabadai Branch Office

If you are enrolled in a national, metropolitan, or private elementary or junior high school

After completing the moving-in procedures at the Citizens' Affairs Division, you will need to notify the School Affairs Division (city hall 6th floor) that you will be attending school outside of the designated area. Please bring the "Notice of Transfer Admission" received at the Citizens Division and the "Certificate of Enrollment" of the school you attend.
Also, if you decide to enroll in a national, metropolitan, or private elementary or junior high school after moving in, please contact the Academic Affairs Section as soon as possible .

If you continue to attend the municipal school before moving in

Please go to the Board of Education of your previous address and go through the procedures for enrollment outside the area.
Also, after completing the moving-in procedures at the Citizens' Affairs Division, please inform the Student Affairs Division (City Hall 6F).
