We dispatch helpers to families who need support with housework and childcare before and after childbirth.
This is a business that supports household chores and childcare at home.
As of August 1, 2022, our business has expanded and become even easier to use.
As of April 1, 2024, the application method and payment method for usage fees have changed.

Domestic assistance (meal preparation and cleaning, shopping, cleaning, laundry, etc.)
Childcare assistance (breastfeeding, changing diapers, bathing, etc.)
Accompanying assistance (e.g. health check-ups for infants, accompanying parents during vaccinations, etc.)

(Notes)

Assistance cannot be provided in the absence of parents.
If there is a transportation fee for accompanying assistance, the transportation fee for the support helper will be borne by the user.

Desired time between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding year-end and New Year holidays)

Flow to use

・Apply through the application form → A company commissioned by the city will visit you in advance → A helper will be dispatched
Please apply using the application form at least 7 days before the desired date of use.
After applying, you will have your first interview with a childcare support helper dispatch company, and then you can start using the service.

Pregnant women who are registered as residents of Inagi City and have been issued a Maternal and Child Health Handbook, or those raising children under the age of three (or under the age of three in the case of multiple births), who need assistance with child rearing or housework.
This applies to single 1- and 2-year-old infants who are not using childcare services.
Note: "Childcare services" refers to licensed nurseries, certified childcare, childcare moms, etc. Please contact us for details.

Usage limits, fees and payment methods

Usage charges are calculated in units of 30 minutes over 1 hour.

There are exemptions for households receiving welfare benefits and those in non-taxable households, so please request this when applying.
Payment of the usage fee is made online.

(Notes)

When a helper goes to a user's house by car,
Helpers can either borrow their parking space at their home or use a nearby paid parking lot.
In that case, parking fees will be borne by the user.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel, please do so by noon the day before the day of use.
(If the day before the date of use falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is noon on the nearest business day.)
If you cancel after this time, a cancellation fee will be charged.
