[For businesses] Regarding claims of errors in nursing care benefits and training benefits

If you discover that your claim is in error, you may file a claim of error and have the claim dismissed.
After submitting the error claim, you can make a second claim to the National Health Insurance Association.
Note: There is no need to file a claim for returned billing information. Please submit a claim with the corrected information the following month or later.

Malpractice claims process

(1) Please submit an “Error Claim Form” to the Disability Welfare Department by around the 20th of each month.
You can either bring it to the office, or send it by mail or fax.
If you are submitting by fax, please send it directly to the Disability Welfare Division below.

(2) The city will send the error claim information to the National Health Insurance Association.

(3) Please resubmit your claim with the corrected details by the 10th of the following month.
Any amount withdrawn due to a malpractice claim will be adjusted when reclaimed.

(4) The National Health Insurance Association will notify you of the results of the error processing.
