Complaint Resolution Committee

We support you in receiving better services by accepting questions and complaints about the use of health and welfare services and resolving them appropriately and quickly.
If you have a complaint or dissatisfaction with the welfare services you are currently receiving, you should, in principle, report it to the business providing the service. Please contact us if you are having trouble, such as "They are not responding to your request" or "It is difficult to contact the business directly."
In the case of a complaint, the Inagi City Health and Welfare Services Complaint Resolution Committee will coordinate with the business operator to resolve the complaint.

However, the following complaints cannot be handled.
