Inagi-shi home medical care cooperation map was released

Inagi City provides home medical care and nursing care services in an integrated manner so that elderly people who require both medical care and nursing care can continue to live their own lives in a familiar area until the end of their lives. For the purpose of promoting cooperation of related organizations such as medical institution and care service office, we carry out "home medical care, care cooperation promotion business".
As part of this, we created the "Inagi City Home Medical Care Cooperation Map" that summarizes medical institutions and nursing care service offices for each of the four areas in Inagi City. Please help us.
