Don't give in to the coronavirus and prevent nursing care!

A research group from the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology and the University of Tsukuba reported that in addition to exercise, diet and social interaction are also important for nursing care prevention. Please introduce this to your family and friends, and let's all work together to prevent nursing care.
