System overview

　This system is for people aged 75 or older, and people aged 65 or older who have been certified as disabled by the regional association.
People who turn 75 years old will automatically be enrolled in the Long-Term Care Insurance System from their current national health insurance or employee health insurance (social insurance) from their birthday.
