Osteopathic Clinic / Orthopedic Clinic

If you visit an osteopathic or bone setting clinic for a sudden injury such as a sprain, bruise, contusion, or fracture, you may be able to use your health insurance, although in some cases, you will need a doctor's consent .
Please note that in the case of pain or stiffness not caused by sudden trauma, health insurance cannot be used and you will be responsible for the full cost yourself.

Acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, etc.

To use health insurance for acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, etc., you will need a doctor's consent or medical certificate .

Please cooperate with inquiries about the contents of the examination.

If you use your health insurance to visit an osteopathic clinic, a chiropractor, acupuncturist, or massage therapist, 70 to 90 percent of the medical expenses will be covered by insurance taxes paid by National Health Insurance policyholders.
If you use health insurance at an osteopathic or bone setting clinic, acupuncture/moxibustion clinic, massage parlor, etc., we outsource a detailed content inspection (inspection of the "Medical Expense Payment Application Form" submitted by the practitioner) to a specialized company. If the inspection results in a long-term treatment or treatment on three or more parts of the body, the contracted company may confirm the details of the consultation in writing.
We ask for your cooperation in ensuring that your valuable insurance taxes are used properly.
