You can submit notifications from 6 months before your expected birth date. It is also possible to report after giving birth.

Note: If you give birth in November 2020, the insurance tax equivalent to January 2020 will be reduced. Periods before January 2020 are not subject to reduction. (Because the underlying laws and ordinances will be enforced from January 1, 2020)
